Twitter

The whole twitter experience has been a real eye opener for me. I have never been much of a technological person but I can say I am truly amazed how much information is out there and the resources you can us off of twitter. The Twitterdeck has been amazing. I have never heard of this until this class. It made things a lot of fun throughout this course being able to follow everybody. The most interesting people I got to follow on twitter were Corrie Wohlers, Kim Barents, and Matt Argotsinger. The thing that made what they had to say so interesting is that we are in the same school district but in different buildings. We dont get a lot of time to collaborate amongst buildings so it made it very easy to communicate. The fact that they received their chromebooks was interesting because we dont receive ours until November. Being able to hear about some of the challenges they have faced will help in the future. I will definitely continue to use twitter on the personal level. It is a great way to communicate with others. Professionally I will use this to use the resources that it offers and once we have our chromebooks possibly use to post to classes about upcoming events or what they will need for class.
